Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

Strova is a media player only. It does not provide, host, stream, resell, or include any television channels, films, series, or other media content. Any content you access is supplied entirely by third-party services that you choose to connect, and you are solely responsible for those sources and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Strova application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Strova ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Strova, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Strova is

Strova is software that lets you play media from sources you already have access to — for example an M3U playlist or an Xtream Codes login provided by a third party. Strova is a neutral playback tool. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the availability, legality, or quality of any third-party service or content you connect.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

Access to the Strova player is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly) and covers the software only — not any content. New subscriptions may include a free trial period. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial or billing period, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change on renewal with notice.

4. Refunds

Because a free trial is offered before payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the matter in good faith.

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Strova on your devices for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any third-party stream will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any content delivered by third-party services you connect.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
